BECOME A CONNECTEE

Connectees (first-gen students or commercial real estate first-timers) agree to do two things:

  1. Complete the Connector Certification by studying provided materials and having a practice session with a NorthBridge team member.  
     
  2. Meet with a Connector (a real estate industry veteran) for a 30-minute Zoom and be willing to have a Zoom meeting with other professional contacts recommended by the Connector.

Complete Our 4-Step Connectee Certification

1) Sign up to be a Connectee on the website.

2) Study the provided Coffee Connectors materials (videos and PDF).

3) Schedule a 30-minute practice session with a NorthBridge team 
member to demonstrate what you’ve learned.

4) After a successful practice session, you’ll receive your official 
Connectee Certification and be approved for meeting with Connectors.
